Finally Bought My First Lot in Monte Cielo Costa Rica

So in my last post I had been looking to buy some property in CostaRica as I have been trying to invest some of my hard earned money.  Well folks, I have finally done it and bought a lot in Tarcoles, Costa Rica in a gated community called, Monte Cielo in Costa Rica!

I first came across this lot from my friend John who I met a year ago when I went to the Shakira concert in Costa Rica.  John happens to be the webdesigner for this company that handles this gated community so he deciced to introduce me to Raymond Cruz Monte Cielo who took me to see the property.

It was love at first site.  Oh my gosh the view was gorgeous.

At first, I didnt think I would be able to afford such a large and luxurious lot but then, Raymond made an exception and allowed me to get owner financing with 20% down.  This is usually reserved for people that are building a house but since I knew John he made the exception!

So today, everything became official when I received the ownership paper of the lots from the bank and the  next step will be to start build a house!
